Sound Point Investment Properties

Sound Point Investment Properties, LLC (SPIP) is a family-owned commercial real estate entity headquartered in Fernandina Beach, FL.  The company owns and manages three historic buildings in Fernandina Beach and three others in Nassau County, FL.  In total, there are approximately 80,000 square feet under management with more than forty tenants.

BRANDING DESIGN

Working on Sound Point Investment Properties was a collaboration between myself and the team over at Sound Point. At first they were unsure of the direction, so I created a variety of different designs with multiple styles, and from there we had a direction.

WEBSITE DESIGN

My process was to start with an outline of the site, figure out the main pages, what needs to be on each page, and what features the website needs. Next step was to begin the layout for each page. Using the Branding Guide I created I determined the imagery style and started implementing it.

I worked as a UX UI Designer on the DXT team at Duke Energy. My main project has been focused on the Renewables sector with an application focused on calculating solutions for our clients to achieve their goal of reducing their Carbon Emission footprint. My role on the team has been UX UI Designer and some of my tasks include prototyping concepts, collaborating hand in hand with the front-end & back-end development team, as well as working with the product owner to ensure all business needs are met.
